work can take place at any of three levels:
Individual
We work exclusively with an individual either to assess his
or her ability, or to coach and develop him or her
Team
We work with a management team or group to facilitate alignment
and understanding of common objectives, and to improve group
dynamics and working processes
Organisation
We provide consultancy to an organisation to leverage performance.
Typically we will help HR design and implement management
development strategy, appraisal systems, and mentoring schemes.
